Background

I'll go out on a limb and say that myself and Janie have a unique friendship.  Without going into too much detail here's a quick rundown on how the relationship got to where it is.  

Sometime in mid to late 1985 our Mother's met at pregnancy class.  

January 21/22, 1986 - All hope of the Marcus/Goldman combo producing the Messiah comes to an end but at least we got a 2nd Zach Morris.

Early childhood - Our Mothers either had serious problems finding us other friends or really wanted to merge families in around 20 years because we did just about everything together.  (Note: I'm completely convinced that this is why I'll pay 10 dollars to see any movie with the words Ghosts, Girlfriends, or Past in it.)

The rest is pretty simple.. We go to school, Janie makes friends with the hot/cool girls, gets her belly button pierced, and experiments with drugs and blow jobs.. I make friends with people who like sports, remain hating girls longer than most, and try to be black.  Through all of that we stayed friends, made fun of each other, and now speak when we're in the bathroom.

To put the relationship into perspective I would say that breaking news of the Jonas Brothers all having sex with one another wouldn't be as shocking as me and Janie getting to 4th base.  In other words,  I don't think "Zach and Janie Make a Porno" is getting the green-light anytime soon.

Ben Franklin was a genius.  Whether it was starting a revolution, starting a business, or turning on the lights, everyone wanted Ben Franklins opinion.  And for this he was placed on our most sacred form of currency and given the upmost respect from our country's coolest people with the simple phrase, "it's all about the Benjamin's, baby".

Janie Marcus and genius don't exactly flow off the tongue like Jennifer and Love Hewitt and I think it's safe to say we'll never hear "it's all about the Zachary's".  But what we do have for you is two genuinely interesting opinions on things ranging from all forms of entertainment to chick flicks to sports to cheesecake.  In today's world there's no self esteem booster like starting a blog so live from L.A. and Chicago we welcome you to the Janie and Zach blog.  We hope you enjoy.
